After the devastation of Hurricane Harvey, my band Lifehouse collaborated on a song with the band Switchfoot. Both bands’ members all added our parts separately.  Our collab called “Shine like Gold” was able to raise over 50k for the survivors of the hurricane. The excitement of the two bands teaming up for the effort created a viral buzz which influenced a large outpouring of donations."
